Are leads actually 100% exclusive? →
Yes. The moment a dealer claims a lead, it is permanently removed from the pool. No other dealer ever sees it again. This is our core promise and it never changes.
How does the Tier 3 auction work? →
A Tier 3 lead drops with a starting bid of $40. All dealers with portal access see the basic lead info and place bids. After 15 minutes the highest bidder wins and full contact info is revealed to them only.
What if a lead has bad contact info? →
Every lead is manually reviewed before going live. If a lead passes our review and the contact info is still invalid, we will credit your account. Quality is our reputation.
Is there a setup fee or long-term contract? →
Zero setup fees. Zero contracts. The free tier requires no credit card. Monthly Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no penalty or notice period required.
How many dealers are on the platform right now? →
We're early-stage and growing deliberately. We currently have one active partner store and are onboarding new dealers as lead volume grows. We'd rather have 10 happy dealers than 100 frustrated ones.
Do I need all three products? →
No. PocketLot and Lead Hub both work independently. Most dealers pick one first, then move to the bundle once they want the full end-to-end workflow.
